Dictated to phone, very faint car sounds in the background....
This seemingly revolving door of people will continue to make it impossible to instill any sort of discipline into this team. I am not certain how well I will be able to continue leading them (if leading them is what I am actually doing). I am patient, but patience only goes so far.
